Dashboard

  • A count of all contacts..
  • A count of newly added contacts.
  • A count of all interactions due..
  • A count of all interactions overdue.

You will be able to filter contacts  based on the date they were added.

This section provides a list of the user’s contacts, giving the following information. 

  • Name of the contact
  • Date of last interaction 
  • Function
  • Role
  • Title
  • Interaction status:
    • Connected (Green) 
    • Overdue (Red) 
    • Waiting for response (Amber) 
  • A chart that shows the number of connections made by month.
  • A chart that shows the total number of outreach done that have received a corresponding response.

Calendar is in list format. It will provide different calendar views:

    • Day
    • Week
    • Month
    • Year

On the right side bar there is a summary of planned interactions for the day, week, month, or year.

Interaction object in the side bar will be active. If the object is clicked, the system will open the interaction dialogue.

All events added from external sources and added for the current date in list format. It will provide different calendar views:

  • Day

Contacts

Contact tiles will include

  • Name
  • Function
  • Role
  • Title
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Career Search Status
    • Actively Looking
    • Testing the Waters
    • Happy – not looking

This is the next interaction date that is preset by the system based on the last interaction date, or the date inputted by the user from the last interaction with the contact.

Tapping/clicking on a contact button will invoke the interface.

Interactions

The interaction button  will invoke  pop-over where you input  the details about your interaction and plan for the next interaction.

There is a list of past interactions with the  contacts. It will include the following:

  • Interaction date
  • Mode of interaction
  • Interaction notes

An interaction alert is issued by the system for each planned interaction that includes:  

    • Name of the contact
    • The date of interaction
    • Topic of the interaction

The user will have the option to:

      • Snooze – keep the alert in the notification center 
      • Interact Now
      • Done – and add your notes
